How does making a purchase from the ecrustyle.com specialty store help my local retailer?
By making a purchase with us, your local retailer is getting a percentage of the proceeds from that sale. At this time, many stores are unable to open and this is one of the only ways they are currently making income. As a long time partner with many of these stores, we want to make sure they stay in business for years to come.
How do you know which store is my local retailer?
When you log on to the portal you are asked to create an account and for the name of your local store.
Can I browse the site without creating an account?
The only way we can keep track of the store you wish to support, is if you create an account before accessing the website. We will not share or sell your information with any third parties.
How do I make a return or exchange on an order?
You simply email us at email@example.com or call us on our customer service line at 1-855-879-3278 EXT 1 and one of our representatives will process the exchange or return for you and email your return UPS shipping label and RA to print out.
Can I return items on sale?
Yes, you can return any item that is unworn with the tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Once an item is marked FINAL SALE, it can not be returned or exchanged.
How do I know my size?
If you are unsure of your size or have questions about the fit of a style, you can use our SIZE GUIDE & FIT chart found on each style’s page and compare your measurements.
